Gratuitous chrome, especially in the dashboard. Not such a problem now but on older cars it could get blinding.

My car is 14 years old. It is not a model notorious for electrical issues but is already accumulating electrical glitches at an alarming rate. I have to wonder about how some of these new, overly complex systems will hold up in the long run.

Factory touch screens don’t offer half the features you list. Aftermarket units do because functionality and features actually affect their sales, but OEM units are rife with poor design choices and inflated option pricing.
