Rewatched 22 Jump Street two days ago. Still bad but there are a couple of funny bits and Channing Tatum is good playing the doofus role.

Being that I am the movie goer that I am most concerned about, and I pay for the movies I see, I take the time to consider why I do or don't like a movie, without concern for why others like or dislike the same movie. And I am perfectly fine with other people not being concerned with why I like or dislike a movie.

What if you don't want to be a fat diabetic?

I believe anyone who used the n-word in Frank's presence swallowed some of their own teeth.

Maybe that was four play for later after her shift ended and she went home.

2003 counts as "long ago"? To me 2003 is in the " I can't believe 2003 was 14 years ago already." But long ago?

22 Jump Street was a horrible unfunny scene by scene, gag by gag unnecessary remake of 21 Jump Street ( yes I'm aware that was the point). A cash grab by all involved.

Um…I think Heath Ledger's joker is really cool and should have earned him an Oscar, and I deliver pizza (part time), and I don't have a girlfriend. Should I make changes?

I'm willing to bet that Kathy Griffin wishes the firestorm over her photo was like this thread, a brief mention of the topic then hijacked and never returned to the main point.

True. But in this case I think "pass it on" means "pass the buck."

FORGOT ABOUT JOHN WICK 2! That and Get Out are at the top of my best of list so far.

Saw this today. Truly terrible. A horrible movie. I'm going to blame the directing because I thought all the actors did fine with what they were given (except for Hannibal Burress. He is not funny at all. Why does he keep getting dumped into movies?). This movie needed a rewrite or a better director.

It doesn't take much to hijack a thread or for a thread to get off topic. Over 1000 posts and most of them are in response to Uselessbeauty's post. Sheesh.

Thanks. Didn't know about the deleted scene. It's not in the extended version either. I'm still going to assume Burke was killed because that is what i wanted to happen to his character.

I'm going to spend more time working and trying to convince myself if I should go see a movie I have no interest in seeing and would sure to be a waste of time and money, like Baywatch or Pirates.

Saw this last Saturday. Think a B+ grade is a little generous. The alien stuff was good, the mythology stuff was bad. And way too much Michael Fassbender. He's only interesting occasionally.

I assumed Burke was killed by the alien he encountered when he opened the door. He wasn't?

My grandmother took me to see Star Wars: A New Hope shortly after it was released. I was 8. We went to the cinema in Washington, PA. This was right as the proliferation of multiplexes was beginning.

Doesn't "irredeemable" mean "can't be redeemed"? Is Hannity saying his fans are beyond redeeming?

Yes. It's great. What isn't great is that lying pig trump apologist Jason Miller being given airtime.
