Make Gazpacho Andaluz
Dear Under Armour:
For some reason, they omit this one in the archive.
It's really that last sentence that's the crux of it.
When UVA alum call it "Mr. Jefferson's University," I like to say "Oh, you mean William & Mary?" I love the color their face turns.
We are of an age, I see. ;)
I don't want to "star" this, because that's fucking horrible. Goddamnit.
Oh you're making me feel old. ;) Did you get wings? I had a collection of wings when I was a kid. Or did they stop giving those out as potential safety-hazards/weapons?
I can remember dressing up for the plane when I was a little girl (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth). It's been a long time.
The last time I wore a nice skirt on the plane was the time I sat on a piece of food left on the seat. I was trying to be polite and get out of the aisle ASAP, and the food was camouflaged by the fabric pattern.
I wish I could star that multiple times. You got a laugh AND a snort.

(And I really should have included SF - that's more of a killer area for COL than LA.) In a few, selected parts of the country, if that's a household income with a family,…
Okay, I've explained to people a few times that a $150K salary in the Midwest goes ever so much farther than it does in DC, NYC or LA. That whole cost of living/insane real estate thing.
Hmmm - "crotchety old lady" is not the phrase that comes to mind when I think of my late grandmother. "Shallow, self-absorbed monster" is usually what comes up.
I have an old bag similar to this from Land's End (a long discontinued item) - I've had it for 25 years and it's amazing how much you can pack in a bag like that, as long as you're not worried about wrinkles.

My Dad has some highly questionable beliefs as a major devotee of FOX News. However, he has always been an insanely generous (25%-40%) tipper.
Um, yeah?
