The car is offered in Denver which is a kind of outdoorsey place. I would expect that you might use the racks for bikes or snowboards. I’m not a big roof rack fan so I don’t know if it’s a hassle to take them off or if they’re just added for the ad.

But what if you live in ‘Frisco?

What speed is Jalopnik approved? Can I go 90 on the NJ Turnpike?

180mph in a Challenger RT? I call BS, that radar gun needs to be re calibrated.

I used to go to Michigan quite a bit for work, and would drive Grand Rapids to Traverse City at least every few months. I got busted the first time, and then learned my lesson. You will get pulled over for anything over 5mph past the limit. They and their old school single light beacons are not messing around up

This is pretty much the reason. They can use the word because it was a word used against them. We cannot use the word because we used the word against them.

Most people I know that have had legal visas for the US have had their renewal slowed down, put on hold, etc.

These are people that pay taxes here, have houses here, families, etc.

So, your argument to re-enter legally doesn’t work with this administration.

So they can legally drive, and buy insurance. That way your sorry ass is protected if you have an accident with one of them.

The reasoning behind the law is that it requires them (like the rest of us) to receive training, pass a driver’s test, get their vision checked, and know the rules of the road. It also allows cars to get insured, providing more safety checks and resources. There are already 12 states that have this law on the books

They’re gonna drive anyway. Might as well make ‘em pass a test. The bar can’t be that high in NY.

it improves public safety and revenue for the state. Tell me why the state shouldn’t be concerned with those things?

Because the State of New York decided to issue their documents as they see fit.

It’s a Mini so (nominally) British and it’s the Knights Edition. I just got a flashback.

Created an account just to gush over this. That’s one hell of an impressive build!

Look, this is America, a smaller and more sloped front end won’t be able to put a giant chrome grille on it and you need one of those.

I wish automakers would get rid of the wheel arch plastic.

Management NEVER looks at comment sections.  It knows what’s good for the unwashed masses already.

You could tell management to just look at all of the comment sections.

Dat purple tho…. That’s gorgeous.

Old Nissans are pretty fantastic. I’ll hang on to the two I’ve got.
