Unfortunately not which is a true shame. Closed primaries are in my personal opinion unconstitutional - using public funds for a private organizations nominating contest where a portion of the electorate is not allowed to participate smacks of a violation of the equal protection clause, as well as a poll tax.

Sure, but that 20% is the idea that a small number of people with large pocketbooks should not have a say over the remaining 80%.
