My friend in Germany said that have or are about to receive parliamentary approval. It will probably go through Parliament because the most right wing group that has large numbers is Christian Democratic Union, they are ones that are pushing for this bill to pass.

I will add that since then Germany has tightened the laws, they obviously saw that there was a huge loophole.

He has already mentioned human rights issues and i hope he pushes it. However he has to tread carefully because of Cuba’s unhappiness about Guantanamo bay and they could easily point back about violation of human rights at G bay.
