Yep, also as someone who lives in Europe i am seeing exactly the same thing happening in US with the rise of far-right wing ideas as what has happened/happening here. I see a lot calling it out and finally working out that his racist and xenophobic views are mainstream; but too many are being dismissive about how

Honestly i can not love it because it is not nice to see so many supporting a far-right racist asshole like him. We will see more stories like one below because so many agree with Trump’s racist comments and he is making the US more hostile, he will not win but he is now polling at 40%.

When it comes to polling after an election the first past the post system does not affect it. I have to study polling. Since the election they have lost a lot of support. But the support for them is too high.

Trump is also polling at around 30% . I know that UKIP is has never polled near 30% and is polling around 10% as of last week, but that is far too high. Everywhere is a mess.

They will still receive praise because compared to most Americans this is such an amazing deal; the bar in US for this is so low. I think that sometimes American exceptionalism does brainwash people, it is not a good thing that the US is so unique when it comes to not offering paid maternity and paternity leave. The

I think the royals are rubbish and add me to the fan club of Jeremy, but wow it has been a mess this leadership election.

I do find it odd that so many Americans say that far-right political parties are just a European thing. Everything he said sounds like something that UKIP would say; he is also polling better than they did. The Republican party is far-right wing and wish more would call it that.

He has not been walking free in London for a long time. I agree but at the moment there are a police in front of where he is staying and it costing the British taxpayers millions, because the moment he walks out they will arrest him. The US does want him, but the rape charges are a seperate thing.

I was looking up a map to see which countries have legalized sex work and i was surprised by so many, it is legal in most European countries including the UK and Ireland (but it is restricted and brothels are not allowed which is stupid and that really needs to change) and in the US it is illegal, apart from Nevada

Guardian.

Question what are they doing right ?, i have been to Houston and seen the racism and spoke to my friends who live there, it may be different to you if you are not black. Here is an article about racism and police brutality in Houston and how the police are not punished. Here is a horrible case that happened when i was

708 people have been killed by law enforcements so far this year, not 315.

This is not a fuck up, this is what police do in Houston. This is what police do across the country. Houston has a huge racism problem and it does not matter if it is diverse, it is derailing to say it is better than East or West Texas. Also we will see how progressive Houston is seeing as HERO (Houston Equal Rights

I do get the point, but in UK a lot of policeforces have said that will turn a blind eye to anyone smoking weed or growing it. In UK we do have shorter prison times than US and they do not jail as many, but the sentence could be longer.

Yep also about the war on drugs, police forces across the UK have said that they will no longer prosecute anyone who grows or smokes cannabis, they have basically said it is now legal. They said it waste of time and money what with the cuts coming in, i can not imagine that happening in US.

At the moment he is registered for 5 years and then he will be reviewed after he has finished his sex offenders’ programme and additional therapy, so he could be on it for longer. You can stay on there for life.

This interview from Darcus Howe about the London riots can resonate in US, the media and most people will never understand what it is like to grow up black or a minority in UK, US, Canada etc and deal with racist police officers.

In Britain you can take a year off for maternity or shared paternity leave without losing your employee rights. No matter how long you’ve worked for a company. Your pay does go down to 90% after a certain amount of weeks and your employee rights, including holiday entitlements and pay rises, are safeguarded during the

Don’t be ashamed because we all say things we regret. You do not need to earn my forgiveness because you already have it. You are lovely person and most people on here would not apologize.

Thank you for apologizing, honestly it means so much and i really do take back what i said about you being nasty. I completely forgive you and we should just move on and forget what we both said.
