Outside of US it is viewed as normal thing to let your cat out, i don’t let it out because i do worry about the damage he will do to the eco system and i live in city. Here in UK letting your cat out is not viewed as bad thing and most do it, maybe i have been brainwashed a bit.

I saw the video and what i saw is that she hit a car and then it went baralling into on going traffic, also the driver who died was not wearing a seatbelt. She is only being charged with a misdemeanor and that is a one year prison sentence, which she will not get.
