Okay so you were generalizing, nothing you have said shows that you were not generalizing “the *entirety* of the nation of India”. Also i could be here all night explaining about how the way people criticize/ generalize the US on this site is very different to way India is criticized, but i don’t think it will go

I know you did not mean to but it does come across like you are generalizing the whole of India.

No i agree that Catholic schools are the norm in Ireland, but i have always found private Catholic schools to be even worse because they can get away with more and that is what i mean by “normal”. It was mentioned facebook comment that it was a all-girls catholic school and someone on a another site said it was

It is a private all girls Catholic school so no it is not a normal school.

It is a Catholic school, so it isnt a normal school. So i doubt that they will be in trouble.

That is fucked up but it is hard to anything about seeing actually that paper is from a catholic school, not a normal secondary school.

Aww bless you and thankyou so much for donating.

And i would erase half my comments to you, ah lets just throw them in the black hole and walk away whistling like it never happened. Yes i will post the link below, it is great charity that my mum worked for in UK which helps Irish women get to England for abortion and pays for everything. Thanks you are amazing and

I have donated £10 to mayo clinic and i will give some more to another clinic, i tried to put it under your name but for some reason they would not accept sillyrobot. Seriously i acted a fool as we are on the same side, i am just being a stupid teenager and being overly emotional about this vote.

No that is not what i am saying, i was asking what group you were involved in because obviously you are very passionate (which is good). We are on the same side and i will donate some money to Mayo Pro Choice. I was not asking to validate yourself for that, that is why i said “maybe i can also help with them”. This

I went through your posts and i did not see a single comment that was separate saying this is a great thing, i must be missing it. No-one is saying that Ireland has achieved equality, they are talking about how they have achieved it nearly for LGBTQ rights. Seriously you are one that is being condescending to people

Wow this post is a mess and all of it coming from Canadians and Americans telling Irish people how they can not celebrate and how awful their country is. I am British and i know you do not need my approval but i am so proud of Ireland today, also my family have been working for abortion rights in Ireland for many

You do realize that when everyone is talking about equality they are talking about LGBTQ rights, you do realize that there is already talk about pushing repeal the 8th for a refrendem and they are aiming for around 2017 or before. I went through your comments and once again i noticed like the other commenator you said

Okay so you are not in Irish yet you are attacking people who are, you do realize that most Irish people want the law changed. The problem is down to politicians, today the constitution was changed and that is a huge deal, that means that the constitutions can be changed when it comes to abortion rights. Over 60%+ of

Most of the U.S GOP is pro gay marriage

By derailing the conversation, the pro-choice activist are the ones who voted for yes today and they know exactly what they need to do, no-one is saying that everything is great yet not once have you said anything positive about Ireland legalizing same-sex marriage. But you didnt answer my question about which

The stance on abortion is that most actually support it, but politicans do not want to change it.

I do agree but when there are ways that can get an abortion if you medically need it a few years ago that was not the case but you were completly wrong about birth control. Also i want to ask a question seeing as you care so much how much have donated to pro-choice groups in Ireland and which groups were they? Because

Can you at least look up your facts before you put a downer on this day, no abortion and birth control are not illegal but abortion is so heavly restricted. You are also ignoring that last night on twitter the top trend in Ireland was about how they need to change the law about abortion and how many actvistist there
