People flooding the street for protests is necessary to show the anger and disgust at the state of our government. However, this shows how people, businesses and cultural centers can widen the protests with simple, thoughtful expressions of solidarity or resistance. Well done.

I am not a huge fan of Anthony Anderson and started watching this show because of Tracee Ellis Ross. However, Anthony Anderson was fantastic in Lemons and I think this season is much better than season 2.

Check out Pinterest for mindfulness techniques. It’s just learning how to catch yourself and getting yourself to pay attention and try to enjoy what you are doing. My favorite is shower mindfulness/meditation. It helps me start my day with a few minutes of peace and happiness.

CBT/DBT was a lifesaver for me. I stumbled my way to a therapist who was so great with these techniques.
