For flavor, you can use “True <insert citrus fruit here>“ packets. I mostly use them in water, but I’ve also used them to add lemon or lime flavoring to recipes when I didn’t have lemons or limes. They are Crystalized Citrus and citric acid, and oils from whichever citrus they are flavored with.
