if your wife has a good starter, just ask for some of what she’s tossing when she has to feed it. Typically when you feed you dispose of 2/3 of the starter, and either use it for loaves or just toss it (I prefer using it, because it feels wasteful).

Even if you are using instant yeast instead of a sourdough starter/levain/sponge, using just a tiny amount & letting it go for 72 hours in the fridge makes a far tastier pizza dough than a same-day dough.

I think the grounds for the lawsuit are totally specious. Hart’s got money and he probably would’ve been sued regardless, so as Mack says, this will likely just go away with a settlement of some kind.

In some states a driver can be cited if there is an open container in the vehicle, even if they are sober.
