I allow Druids in my game to use a scythe as well since it fits in with the other agriculture based weapons Druids are allowed to use. They do have to use a feat though as it is still considered a Martial Weapon.

Don't forget, Dragon Plate is still considered Heavy Armor and requires a feat to use without penalty.
