@Bosker: you know? I think you're still giving out too much credit. Its more a case of: I read this comment this guy wrote and I agree with it so I'm going to take it as truth.

@WolfRogers: he didn't say anything about piracy. Why would you even try to spin his comment to that?

@Helba: Have a Virus Core!: well, to be fair, it's not been ruled in any sense yet, so we can't say anything for common sense of the courts yet. (and so far, they have shown a certain degree of that.)

@drmfreak2: really? Really? would you say that to someone who builds models or paints, that they should just go into that field and try to make some money instead of having it as a hobby? Hobbies are just that. Hobbies. they expand your knowledge on subjects you normally wouldn't have a chance to do. that comment

@HerroRygar: Thank you. It seems sane comments are rare. Now watch as, nobody will have any rebuttal to your argument and your comment will remain hidden. D:

@RagingBull: nope, its pretty good resale value down the road. If you play niche games, thats even better, when they go off of production. sealed always is worth more than unsealed, regardless of the state of the unsealed version.

@wu-stix: any rights that are being removed are worth fighting for.

@Driden: I didn't get that from his comment.

@Inspector-Jones: the way they hacked it wasn't actually custom firmware. it was just a way to write programs to run on the normal firmware. so you wouldn't have to do that anyways.

@porkythunder: quite true, I am tired. thank you for the correction.

The amount of misinformation and ignorance in these comments is astounding.

@Pizookie: not the same kind of hacking. but okay.

@Vezroth: well that's good to hear. Thanks for the update. =D

@Vezroth: well the thing is when FASA licensed them, they licensed them from Japan. Harmony Gold is basically whining that they own the IP fully in the U.S. which is why I believe it iss being held up for so long. Such a horseshit reason too.

@ZFK: I had that with FFX. While I wasn't all that big on the story, I wanted to go for that 10 of every monster bit, and I accidentally ended up beating the game when I guess I stepped past a trigger or something in the final dungeon. needless to say, I never really got around to finishing that. D:

@Manly McBeeferton: that's true, and on most things there usually is something about completely voiding your warranty or what have you, and I have no problem with that, it is after all in a state that the manufacture did not originally provide the hardware in.

@Vezroth: Harmony Gold (the people who currently hold the IP for Macross in the U.S.) basically decided to bring up issues with some of the mech designs (which, totally have been fine for like 20 years.) being based off of some of the designs from Macross. So the whole thing is tied up in court. last I heard early

@Strey: I've just started the second end and yeah, I was not really expecting that. and Kainé, after all that you kind of just want to go hug her instead of wanting to throw her off a cliff.
