I haven't been following E3 too closely this year, but it seems underwhelming. I don't have any plans to buy a Nintendo console.

Yeah, totally. Complaining endlessly about online connectivity (I get it, but it was patched in less than a week), terrible customization (it's pretty great for making silly outfits - at least it's free, unlike Street Fighter outfits/colors), missing characters (still like 35 people to choose from, try someone new).

I was lurking the GameFAQs board around the time of release and people had already done 2,000 matches within the first few days. It's a little scary. Ah, to be a teenager with unlimited free time again.

I've really been enjoying Treasure Battle a lot. It's taking a while to unlock some of the gear that I want, but I'm having fun.

Dude, Weapon Master gets HARD. Way harder than I remembered. I tried to run through it quickly to unlock Lizardman and stuff, but had to bail about 3/4 through.

I just played some SCII in the last few weeks and was shocked at how well it held up. I was very impressed. The gameplay was near-flawless, as I remembered, but it looked pretty great for a PS2 game.

The dpad on PS4 is great. I've been having no problems with it whatsoever.

There's a new lady named Katarina who is great for mashing out easy combos with kicks. My girlfriend tried Tekken 7 as her first-ever console game experience and has been doing surprisingly well with her.

From what I've seen so far, I think there will be a batch of costume DLC (swimsuits/schoolgirls/Idolmaster, apparently) and the addition of Tekken Bowl for $10. And then another bit of DLC with two additional guest characters from other series, one of which has a meter mechanic like Akuma and Eliza.

Yeah, I've never really touched King through the years, though his linked wrestling move throws look so cool. I wish I could pull them off like my buddy did.

Tekken 7. Nothing but Tekken 7 since last week. I got my girlfriend into it, which is a lot of fun. She's going with Katarina and Lee as her mains so far (quick and easy kick combos), and enjoys making dumb costumes almost as much as I do.

We're on Tekken 7 now!
