My girlfriend and I put off watching it in theaters, then put off getting it on Redbox, and now put off watching it on HBO. It's kinda just there, when I would have killed for an Apocalypse movie as a kid. We'll get around to it eventually, but there's better stuff on TV to watch now (i.e., Legion and The Americans).

Ah, to view Full House with fresh eyes … .

I couldn't stop thinking of my days as a deli worker, slicing up bricks of imported ham.

I definitely need to see my man Arkady again. He reminded me of Johnny Sack from The Sopranos, another favorite character of mine who was always cool and collected.

To be honest, I just caught up on season 4 recently and didn't even notice.

I would re-watch those scenes of Jason Statham recounting his badass exploits, including drinking poison in an underground poison-ingesting crime ring. Which I just did.

It was infuriating to find that out later in life.

Guts Man's stage in Mega Man 1 with those dropping platforms, ugh. Basically the entirety of Ghosts n' Goblins.

I would always get my dad to help with the electric seaweed part. I don't think I ever beat it on my own.

Any level with a possibility of Sonic being underwater was the worst.

… and associates! Don't forget the associates!

That Trial & Error show looks horrendous from the commercials I've seen. All of you ghouls who enjoy true crime shows/podcasts, I blame you.

"What's that, officer? Oh, just talking with these kids about my wood. I - hey, ow! OW!"

Oh, ok. Cool. I wasn't sure if you meant that there was a building component to the game or something along those lines. That's what my mind immediately jumps to when thinking about Minecraft - digging down and building up.

How does it draw inspiration from Minecraft? I haven't played the game and hadn't seen anyone mention a Minecraft influence.

Yeah, getting around the levels took some adjustment. I think I lingered too long on most levels, trying to get as much stuff as possible, and that made it harder on me. I might return to it some day for another shot.

I tried Risk of Rain a while back and it felt ridiculously hard. I barely made any progress or unlocked anything and just gave up in frustration. Maybe I was missing something (or just sucked).

Luring enemies into traps with the tripcaster is so damn satisfying.

Despite loving Shovel Knight, I couldn't really get into Plague of Shadows. The controls were a little frustrating.

I've been taking in Horizon little by little, so I'm still not too far in. I found my first tallneck, which was very cool, and I'm headed toward Meridian next.
