this may be a dumb thought... and im a little dumb when it comes to the power making process..  when rods are removed from reactors or ships or subs.. are they completely useless at that time.. or could they be repurposed at that time...yes shorter use times but.  the product couldn't be stolen and used to make bombs…

If and its a big IF.. The engine work has been done with rods and such  it wouldn't take much at all to make that blower work  change the bracket to put it on its side, build a bottom that will feed intake, run a belt boom done

Not so sure on best drivers,  Most iconic tracks yes. best no.,   And any series that there is that huge of a difference in time from pole speed to last place needs to be looked at. 

its more a not knowing how to use the brakes it has... no they aren't great but u cant finesse a cup car you kinda have to make it do what u want
