This game has definitely improved a lot since launch. I was good with it at launch but the stuff they have been adding has made that experience even better.

He actually gets wrecked by Baelzeguese. When he bites on it the bombs pop off and wreck him pretty hard so if you are having trouble, trick him into a fight with Baelzeguese.

Outside of Triple Triad all 8 brought to the table was a bunch of trashy characters except for Laguna.

Still a better game than FF8 and 13

If you want world story, yes, the story is shit. If you want character story/interaction revolving around the ultimate 4-way bromance of the century, holy shit does it deliver.
