I didn’t feel like the game was overly reliant on the glory kill system. There would be times when I would get tired of doing glory kills so I’d quite and use the chainsaw if I was getting low on ammo and health. I felt like the game did a great job of letting the player choose how to play.

Yeah, give it another shot. I’m 35 and I enjoyed the hell out of it (no pun intended), but I did have to take this approach because otherwise it was just too intense.

This is exactly how I feel. I played the first two levels and got almost nothing out of the experience. I’ve never felt this way about a Mario game before.

Did you play Doom (2016)? It has one of the best single-player campaigns ever IMO.

Eh, I lived most of my life in Ohio. Every winter when it started snowing people lost their minds and acted like they forgot how to drive in it. Now I live in California and it’s basically the same thing when it rains.
