I have no idea what you are talking about the game uses mostly the same map and graphics but it plays completely differently. The building elements of the game may not have been your cup of tea but are some robust and complicated that the game is sort of a masterclass in design.

This is my main complaint - i’m all for sequels - the amount of time i’ve spent in TotK and BG3 is rediculous, but Spiderman 2 feels too... safe... a sequel - a lot of the same stuff and a bit extra. It honestly just feels like how Spiderman: Miles Morales felt to Spiderman or Monster Hunter World/Rise does compared

Not a specific game being snubbed but it’s crazy to me that there isn’t a “puzzle” category. I’ve been playing the Talos Principle 2 and really enjoying it. It launched close enough to the game awards that I don’t think it could be considered, but even if it had released earlier in the year I’m not sure what category

I’m sorry Persona 5 had that impression on you.  While it was eye-rolling to not be able to have any same sex romantic relationships in P5 (or any persona games to my knowledge), I wouldn’t say the games “PUT ME BACK IN THE CLOSET!”  And if you’ve ever been to a gay bar or nightclub, you know some gays act exactly how

Nobody said you should be invisible. There are tons of stealth games that don’t force you to move a snail’s pace. Hitman, Splinter Cell, Thief, Desperados, Shadow Tactics, Shadow Gambit, etc. All of those have far better stealth than any BGS game, Starfield especially. The amount of noise you make by moving and/or the

Yeah, it’s a poorly designed system. I’m not going to strip naked and crawl around at a snail’s pace just to remain hidden.

12 live service games? That seems insane. Focus on one or two or a few, but I feel like at 12 they’re just competing with each other. Can sony possible expect most of these to succeed or are they just throwing a bunch of stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks? Maybe instead of doing that they could just make a

yes. battle passes, seasonal content, always online, yearly expansions, crazy ass expensive shop, diablo 4 only currency that leaves you with odd amounts, so many layers to keep your time locked in one game.

Or maybe...since NVidia is the most popular graphics card designer and DLSS is one of their keystone features, you would expect a major release from one of the foremost AAA (or AA+ tbh :) ) game studios on the planet to I don’t know...fucking support it?

I don’t give a shit because 1. I use Radeons and B. I stopped

It really is kind of amazing how much of an overpaid, dumb piece of shit Zavlav continues to be.

We must be playing different games because Starfield absolutely craps the bed in the cities. Huge performance drops compared to other parts of the game.

Man, here’s hoping for the best.

Another banner day for Elon Musk, the smartest man alive.

I get that it’s cool to hate on Overwatch these days, but one of its biggest achievements was creating heroes that had life in them in a pure multiplayer setting. It’s the thing that set Overwatch apart from the other hero games of the time.

I don’t think anyone could have seen this coming.

It’s fairly obvious of this being a PR move. Corporations have to follow the latest social trends or narratives to continuously profit from. As much as representation matters, this is Acti-Bliz we’re talking about. So yes, it is quite smelly with insincerity, especially when it comes to this game.

I especially loved the part in the Variety article where they said that the movie would have centered on a couple of female leads and featured many life lessons. That’s just hilarious. “Maybe the real undead slaying was the friends we made along the way.”

Nope, just cannot get even a little bit excited for this. Maybe it’ll be good in a few years...

Warcraft has never been subtle about their Marvel influences.

I wonder if they'll actually fix the world's most boring ARPG itemization as well ...
