God Bless Dick Gregory. He’s going to be missed terribly in this world, but I take solace in one tidbit from today: it’s been reported that at his alma mater of SIU, the eclipse had the longest amount of darkness than anywhere else in the country. I like to think that was Dick kinda tipping his hat to humanity.
