I would put Everybody's more in the The Stanley Parable category. It's fairly meaty and there are some interesting diversions, and a whole lot of meta-gamery seeming to go on behind the scenes.
Dear Esther can be affecting & beautiful while still being difficult to articulate what it is, because, well, folk still can't seem to come to a consensus. The play it 8 times to hear different and contradictory audio cues might have something to do with that. Looking at Everbody's trophy list, there may be a similar…
Having a lovely time with it, if your grounding in lovely is Day of the Triffids & War of the Worlds radio drama.
Eat. Stay. Bicker.
Whoa, Shia Labeouf got ripped.
In N++ you do the episodes in groups of five, but there seems to also be a level browser for quick selection of a single level. Every level, in-game or online has a unique tag to easily find it.
N++ is killer. There are hidden levels with varying conditions to unlock. There is an amazing six hour long soundtrack & dozens of visual schemas. I like oceanographer. Community levels are lots of fun to try on and butt up against. My stats menu shows 5 hours in game and about 3 in menu. Idling on the start screen…
I found it fairly lovely and heartfelt. To each their own.
Looking forward to his third book, "Eh." But Wil Wheaton probably isn't.
The last shot is holy shit.
Yeah, same basic principle, 12 or so years of refinement. N++ was worked on for four and a half years, has over 2300 levels, user creation, 6 hours of music, etc.
I caught the Resident Evil 4 run, which was pretty fun.
It's almost time, isn't it?
Sia would be my first pick. Deafheaven for unconventional choice number one & Health for number two.
I finished up the free to play main campaign of Card Hunter since that finally hit steam. Besides that, lots of lazy virtual driving. Just won the final race in the main campaign of Driveclub and started up on the ridiculous amount of post content. Lovely driving experience, reminds me of the best Sega racers. Also…
Box Boy is great and pairs well with Crashmo/Pushmo/Stretchmo. 3DS-wise, still working my way through Persona Q and nearing the end of Fire Emblem. That machine is a portable puzzle, strategy, rpg beast.
It's only a mini-series adaptation of the book. Clarke has a second book of short stories set in the same universe, but aren't connected with Strange & Norrell. The author has been rumoured to have been at work on a sequel/follow-up/second novel since the end of the first book, but you may be kept waiting & waiting.
Aunt May BDTF.
Riddler is always the meta-stand-in for Rocksteady, the devs, throughout the series. His handling in this game feels spot on.
