I'll be doing seasonal content roulette on Team Fortress 2, Destiny & FFXIV this weekend, as well as spend some time early time with a couple of heavy hitters a few weeks from release.

Dang, I was really looking forward to that Chris Hansen guest spot, too.

Well, that ruins Picture Pages, too.

Update: It's on Flash Sale for both PS3 and PSP/Vita. Prices aren't updated just yet, but should be this evening.

And Atlus games go on sale every month or so. I bought it a couple weeks back, Persona 3 FES, that is, for 2.50.

Oh gosh, this is just making the Persona 5 wait that much harder. Time to go drown the sorrows at The Stray Sheep.

I snagged this for Two Fiddy during a recent sale. I'd bought it full price back in the day, twice. It was better than I remembered. P4G is still GOAT Persona. http://oyster.ignimgs.com/m…

Not creepy in the slightest, said no one.

Awesome, and again, excellent points. Discus ate my first reply. I'll attempt a reconstruction.

I haven't found the xeno to be cheap or unfair, but I hardly walk and never run.

On the docket, Destiny Nightfall & Raid. Probably some Deus Ex: Director's Cut. My Halloween game series is The Blackwell Saga. I'm up to part two.

Yeah, I'm brainstorming and barnstorming potential serious and not so serious protagonists, as I am wont to do in Bioware games. First time I play, it's generally namby-pamby do-good head-canon. Second time, it's anarch-absurdest Dadaist bacchanal hate-romp. I think Diamond Joe Biden is going to make Ferelden his

Today I Learned Ramin Djawadi, awesome composer of Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Game of Thrones, Person of Interest, was just announced for the World of Warcraft film as well as many others… got his start on Ken Levine's System Shock 2.

So, is the AV Club going to review Duck Dynasty : The Video Game. Because, ho boy.

Great insights.

I tend to play lots of strategy titles in the fall. Warm beverage, Civ V (and soon Beyond Earth) & perhaps a Paradox title or three. Lately, I've been enjoying the heck out of Invisible, Inc.

Considering the number of gay men and straight women who celebrate and appreciate Bayonetta, I'd steer towards camp. It's digital John Waters by way of Sejuin Sezuki or more recently Takashi Miike, to me. Over-the-top, slightly grotesque, endearing and not afraid to rub your nose in its out of left-field

Here's the thing, I like the writer's work. I just feel this review isn't a review. Lots of folk are pointing out that this is a very narrow window into the experience. Very very narrow. For all the words written, very little is actually said, and it's odd. Quite quite odd.

Yup. I was surprised so few game reviews had mentioned System Shock 2. This, even more so than Bioshock feels like a legitimate heir to the crown. Granted, you are role-playing a Ripley in this, and your sense of character choice building is more narrow, but there are a multitude of options of getting through
