I feel like this all has to be some kind of ruse to see if we’re paying attention, and the GOP already has impeachment papers already prepared with all of the “t”s crossed and “i”s dotted.

I can’t get a decent adulting job without a degree, an advanced degree, excellent grades, 10+ years experience, passing a screening test that determines if I’ll “fit in” with their company culture, passing a drug test, and yet these yahoos are in charge of our entire country.

Was gonna say, since when has the Republican Party ever let incompetence stand in their way?

In essence Trump’s campaign was so vociferously divisive and its victory against the Republican establishment so crushing that hes basically broken the spirit of the GOP and they will now do whatever he wants.

I think he’s starting to realize he’s let himself in for the thing that’s going to end him. The way a kid does, after he’s broken the cookie jar he wasn’t supposed to touch and realizes there’s no way Mom won’t know it was him.

If we survive this, can we safely assume the GOP is dead?

He’s not the only Republican just finding out what his job entails....

And he never reads books! I don’t think he’s ever read a book in his adult life. I doubt he ever read the books that he “wrote” (LOL). He hasn’t read the Bible or even a John Grisham novel. He’s so thoroughly ignorant of the world around him.

Well-observed. There’s another curious tic: he never laughs. He gives a big fake smile that suggests, “I know this is where I’m expected to laugh,” but has anyone ever seen him spontaneously react (in a normal human way) by just busting up? Nope.
