I had an 89' 190e years ago. I really loved that thing! It didn't corner like a demon, it didn't launch like a v8, it didn't pull like a train of any sort. However what it did do was provide some of the smoothest, most agreeable transportation that I have ever experienced in the small 4 cylinder, 4 door category. To

I had one of these! A 97' 2800cc Diesel, non turbo. It was gutless as hell but had a solid ladder chassis, 5spd manual, Hi - Lo transfer case, locking hubs and some seriously aggressive offroad shocks, which of course made it diabolical on road. I remember jumping the thing at the local 4x4 track over and over again.

Which in turn was a development of the Rover V8 sans two cylinders, which was a design purchased from Buick! What an orgy of a powerplant!

I once killed a rat I caught in the garage with my bike, wish I'd got a video now. Stuck the bugger in a sack and taped it to the tail pipe. He died deaf!

I had one of these (it was actually the German made Opel badged model, but I digress) it had a 165Hp 2000cc motor in front, the only handling upgrade was slightly stiffer springs and wider tires. Predictably it handled like a bag of crap, however transitioning from snatch oversteer to smokey understeer on the throttle

We are the WRC fans that stand on the outside of the corner, we don't just want to watch, we want to taste! Before
