Maybe so, but you telling me that Chinese people reading that people are going to feel all fuzzy about it? Ironic racism can still hurt people. Think of more creative ways to criticise it if you want to. This might not feel like a “fun take” to Asian people reading it. Now, self aware hip white people might feel

Bingo Bronson only wants what’s best for Abbi and what’s best for you, my friend.

white people trying to figure out slang words and quoting Urban Dictionary with a completely serious face if i tell them when they’re doing it wrong is never not funny

oh gods, the white people are at it again

Or the word processing software, Sentencé.

Naw, that was definitely her. I was cackling at her condescendingly explaining what “je ne sais quoi” meant. She’s not stupid, she’s just selfserving and hateful.

Dude’s so goddamn vague about everything. I swear to god, I’ve seen a couple of speeches where he was actually more eloquent and informed about things. Is he trying to make it this generalised to keep up the whole optimistic “revolution” momentum going or what?

Sorry, but when people grow up brainwashed it takes them a while to get out of it. She was 17, freshman year.

That was when she was 17. Later, she organized the desegregation of her college. She advocated for the Crime Bill, Bernie voted for it.

Bernie participated in a march, Clinton actively organized the desegregation of her college. That’s a difference right there. Quite fitting to what they stand for right now as well.

Holy shit I’m having some real bad Donald Drumpf flashbacks

I feel ya, sis. Finally moved out of a caucus state last year and I cannot tell you how relieved I am. They’re a goddamn pain in the ass.

Again, like I said, I would like for there to be transparency from Bernie or at least a call for it the same way there has been for Clinton (a lot of it from the Bernie campaign staff). That’s a completely valid thing to wish for.

Every comment I make doesn’t have to strictly align with a set of guidelines. I can discuss the double standards of the elections coverage and reactions if I want to and I don’t deserve to be condescended to for it, or to be accused of trying to manufacture a crazy conspiracy theory.

Sure, and it is sad either way. Size numbers are so varied and arbitrary across countries - and so is the term “plus sized”, which is just loosely thrown around at random women who aren’t as skinny as models.

No - it isn’t, because it ties into the fact that he refuses to release his tax returns because “his wife did them” - I’m not trying to say he’s automatically hiding something, just that his campaign staff are always going on about the Goldman Sachs speeches, and he wants to criticise them without being a hypocrite

I completely understand what Amy is trying to say, but can we also acknowledge how sad it is that young girls (who aren’t plus sized) even thinking that they might be plus sized is considered bad for their self esteem?

Is trying to say that maybe a candidate isn’t as transparent or as pure as he presents himself and his campaign to be “manufacturing a controversy”? Are we not allowed to make any comments on his campaign - and if we do, it is just fake bullshit that’s somehow similar to some weird Republican conspiracy clusterfuck?

*sigh* damned if you do, damned if you don’t

Oh yeah I already got a couple of ‘em barking at me
