Looks super pretty. I hate that the games have become so stale for me gameplay wise. They crank these things out so fast now that it becomes hard to get even mildly interested. Nice visuals though. 

Agreed and had the original poster said something along those lines, I would have agreed with them as well. I hear you 100%. 

We have it and beat it, I enjoyed it but it didn’t grab my kids the way I thought. 

As someone who has spent a ton of time on the original game with my son plus playing through all the Story Mode games, I remember us saying over and over that we wished there was a game in the style of Story Mode that you actually had control over. This seems like a good version of that wish. My kids will be stoked. 

Yes. Recognizable bosses, characters, tools and a certain level of lore thanks to the Telltale games. My kid has figure packs with characters he and his friends know by name. I’d say there’s def a universe.
