I’m always a bit dismayed when people are startled by how nasty that Court is. Then I remember that I’m a Black American whose parents were in segregated schools. The Supreme Court has been doing evil shit since Day One. 

I especially enjoyed all the “first responder” kudos, while ignoring the fact that the “queers” they hate so much actually stopped, subdued, and held the gunman before they got there.

I live in Santee and it’s fucking trash (this is really the only part of San Diego we can afford at the moment unfortunately). The redneck area of San Diego.
