“Former American Idol judge...”

Is it really so wrong to say that sexuality could be a choice? I’m not saying it’s like that for everyone (the universe certainly didn’t give me an option) but I don’t see the problem with being bi and then deciding to just do the gay thing. Except for bi erasure but the pressure of that shouldn’t be put on individual

I just looked him/her up for the first time and I thought some of their jokes were pretty funny. Example:

I don’t get the need to complain about it. At least this pretty much secures its place on Fox for the next four years.

The Brits call it the noughties. Which I’m fine with, even if it sounds like a four year old made it up.

Oh dear god I dread the onslaught of 00's nostalgia that is inevitably on the horizon.

The Real Housewives of New York for the past five seasons has been some of the best reality television I have ever consumed. Vanderpump Rules is the crown jewel of the Bravo channel though, with Southern Charm not far behind. Great for just getting stoned all weekend and vegging out.

I’m sure this has been said before but if you played me clips of Lindsey Webber and Julie Klausner saying the same sentence I could not tell them apart. Even down to the inflections. It’s a little unsettling.

When I read about Dennis’ move I thought for sure they were doing a Jon Snow-esque cliffhanger that we all know will turn out fine. It’s a stunt, like McElhenney gaining all that weight that one season, right?

American Idol is in a unique position to bring the singing back to singing reality competitions. They desperately need a “mean one” (as the article calls it) but even more than that they need judges who will give concise, critical feedback and shape the contestants into artists that could be on the charts today. The

Totally agree. There are ways to fight against injustice without turning into a raving lunatic. Would any of the revolutionary activists of years past go on social media rampages? Would Betty Friedan call for the head of a Polygon writer because he was questionably inappropriate when he flirted with women on Twitter?

I don’t think it’s cool to pick on Katie Rife but otherwise I agree. I’ve only been coming here about once or twice a day, down from the umpteen times I would check it out previously. It’s really sad that the AV Club decided to gut their website and make it this sterile, conformist dystopia of confusion. Sigh.

Or maybe Netflix could create an original show with a gay male lead. Because that shockingly has not happened yet. I thought Jonathan Groff might be gay on Mindhunter but nope, we're going to pretend he reads straight for 10 episodes.

All the gay movies come to Netflix eventually.

I disagree. The element of surprise was gone but the four subsequent seasons were still great TV. Plus you get Timothy Olyphant and Chris Messina at their sexiest.

Is it? If you read into it that he's blaming women for his infidelity than I agree but it sounds like he's explaining his own weakness as a person. I don't think beautiful, needy or aggressive are negative terms unless you apply negativity to them.

Has he had some sort of plastic surgery that's gone horribly wrong? His face is a totally different shape than it used to be.

Where do you live that a small bag of Cheetos costs three dollars?!

Counterpoint: Yes he is. And articles like this only exacerbate the problem.

So why can't she be the Big Bad of the season? I'm dreading another Summer Glau situation where they cast a badass female actor to essentially be a henchman of the real villain.
