The Flash ran out of interesting ways for Barry to use his powers about a season and a half ago, so I'm not sure how lightning powers will avoid the same fate.

Scandal? Last Man Standing? Timeless? I agree that Modern Family is garbage (and hot take: has always been garbage) but it's not like it unseated The Americans or anything.
Ah yes, the Fringe Effect.
I watched one episode of Last Man Standing and my vague indifference to Tim Allen curdled almost immediately into blinding hatred.
My Hart of Dixie hesitation comes from a six year-old clip from The Soup where the townspeople gather around and complain about how they want chicken fingers instead of hoity-toity fancy food.
If the CW app plays the same commercial 12 times an episode I think that torrenting suddenly becomes ethically justified. Maybe that's just me.
You're missing two of the best series on TV, just FYI.
TVbytheNumbers has DS as a certain renewal. Plus I think they just appointed a new showrunner ahead of a season 2 announcement.
A lot of TV ratings people have talked about the CW's four season soft cap on series that struggle in the ratings but have critical acclaim, which made me a little worried that iZombie, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Jane the Virgin would have to end in a year or two. But them renewing The Originals, a series with little…
Rob Thomas had a series make it to season four! Finally!
I've said it before and I'll say it again: The CW is the last bastion for exciting TV on any of the five major networks. Not only do they put out cool stuff but they renew it until it finds at least a semi-natural endpoint. It's nice to see that that hasn't changed.

And then season three happened and it all went to shit.
What is that Twitter account you cited? Is Daktoa Johnson really such a central pop culture figure that 20K people are following an account that follows her?
Between this, 13 Reasons Why and Dear White People, Netflix is having a banner few weeks for queer dude content. If they continued at this pace (it's more likely a scheduling coincidence) LGBT representation would double in a couple of months.
I mean it's not like there are so many to pick from. Maybe Patrick and Richie from Looking? Or the guys in London Spy?
Right but no one is forcing anyone (other than a possible jury) of making that call. If one of my parents asked me if my sister had gone to work that day I would have to say "Probably, but I'm not sure." Because that is the logical response when presented with a question and you don't have all the information.
Fair point! But the cavalcade of verdicts from commenters does seem inevitable whenever an article like this is posted.
We have fun around here.
How do you think I feel? The amount of times I've asked staff to examine my tootsie-rolls!
