I’m glad Hayden is getting something of a redemption tour. Him nailing the timbre and delivery of Matt Lanter just sells it.

You mean just like how legacy ICE cars calibrated the fuel gauge to appear like it has more gas than it really does? After filling up your tank, you may notice that despite driving 20 miles, the needle doesn’t move at all - then suddenly when you’ve traveled 30 miles it begins to drop a little. Car makers realize that

How can you lie with an estimate? It’s an estimate and will have some range of uncertainty.

There is such a time-out period, but I believe there are two thresholds of not being responsive. There’s the initial warning, which is more like a reminder, and if you respond to that everything resets. You can get those repeatedly without issue. On our old Model X that warning was purely visual.

Right... it’s the car’s fault and not the fault of the IDIOT DRIVER.

I have two trains of thought on this one.

At some point, we actually need to start blaming shit drivers instead of computers in cars. And I don’t even like Tesla.

This is laughably lopsided. Just ask voters what they want, the one thing Republicans don’t want, having the people decide. 😀😀

What are you talking about? The G35/7 was a darling of the magazines when it came out, and it won a couple Car and Driver comparison tests early on.

Hmm maybe I have an unpopular opinion. I feel like this is a common question asked of any race. Agreed that JG came off a bit snarky, but was that racially driven? As noted by the author: While the premise of the show revolves around conversations about “roots, patriotism, religion, and modern America’s

Similarly, I heard Mary Barra runs a dog fighting ring, which is the real reason why nobody wants a Bolt anymore.

ROFL you really think consumers’ opinion of a CEO affects their purchasing decisions? It’s likely dead last behind (1) price (2) performance (3) comfort (4) design (5) trunk space (6) reliability. Guess what? Model 3 is getting yet another price drop by the end of summer - that’s under $30K after incentives! People

FusiliJerry: Offloaded my SS and took my new Jeep up Mt Washington.

I don’t know if I’ll get ostracized for this, but here goes: I don’t own a car, I ride the train for my 50-minute commute. When I need a car, I use a car sharing service. Then it’s usually a small VW (Up!), or a Golf of some sort.

I agree with you. Oppenheimer is NOT a wave the flag America is great movie. It is an examination of ethics and moments in history when the decisions have global implications.

TFLEV tested a base, rear wheel drive Bolt, with 17" wheels, and a 0-60 of 6.6, against a Tesla model 3 performance with 20" wheels and a 0-60 of 3.1 seconds. Not quite an apples-to-apples comparison, and even then the estimated difference was 1 mile. A better test would have been a rear wheel drive Tesla model 3 and

More range, performance, and features at a lower price point.

Teslas are still a better value when compared to the EV offerings from other companies. A $32k leaf is slower, has less range, and less overall features than a $32 model 3 (after tax credits).

That’s a click-baity headline.
