Okay, but there is tons of new stuff that is coming with it.

These are things that make marginal differences. There is no formula for being better than opponents in close games and succeeding while just barely outscoring your opponents for the entire season.

The people who like those type of games are ALWAYS angry and negative. Destiny has been that way since launch, yet they keep eating it up. The fact that people are already raging about Anthem tells me that the game is going to sell a lot.

I’m excited about adding another big budget Destiny style game to the mix, but this did get me a little concerned about the actual gameplay. Hopefully they were just showing off slower areas (similar to a patrol in Destiny), and that’s why it looked that way.

Destiny is still very popular, and people are hungry for more games like it without dealing with Bungie’s propensity for bullshit.

Aiming at Destiny and their fan base is a very good thing. That game has been popular as hell for a while now, despite the constant rage of its fans. There is a huge market for a Destiny type game, and that’s always been what Anthem has been after.

the “doesn’t respect your time” thing is always so dumb. it’s a video game where you grind for gear that lets you grind for more powerful gear. if you don’t like time sink games like this, then don’t play them.
