I meant the *old* lights were bland. The whole rear end was, IMHO. I agree with you that the new car looks great. Like I said, the headlights look really similar to an Audi's. I look forward to the direction the company as a whole is going. I can't imagine how much nicer the interior of the Compass/Caliber/Patriot

Well obviously but that seems to me like it's going to be the cool new thing to do. Starts in luxury cars, trickles down to lesser autos. I'm just saying the older ones really stood out. Which was weird, because the tails were so bland.

Which is...better than a happy coal pooping polar bear?

REALLY! Who's fucking brilliant idea was it to NOT put your *flagship sedan on your fucking post bankruptcy* SUPERBOWL COMMERCIAL???!! Bailout didn't buy quality ad reps apparently.

Loved the quote.

Until you see that parked right next to an A4/6....

It *is* still quite squared off. It's not perfect, but I like it. Especially in this white on black scheme. I could see your STS point too.

+1. The new gen headlights do look much more generic though.

In gold of course?! I'll admit they look a *lot* better than they used to.

lol I just think they look *way* too similar is all; rim design; size of ginormous front bumper, overall profile. I suppose all SUVs need to look more and more like fat station wagons. nowadays.

Is the tub line that weird one under the window sill?? Other than that, I think that thing is f*cking beautiful. And speaking of concepts

*Definitely*??

?

Me too. I just think it's ugly. They fixed the inside, maybe next cycle.

And that was a four door too!

But everyone has a hardon for *that* because it's "expressive and taunts the law".

Exactly.

What can I say? I like a little variety in my life.

Whatever she cooks. But to me, personally, Italian in general. I love me some spicy sausage and the like, but don't care for every damned thing being salty and/or cooked with/in tomatoes and olive oil. I was born in India but have been to most of the world save for Europe (london when I was young) and I'd rather eat

I was born in India and have been in the U.S. for 19 yrs now; the past 13 of it in Virginia Beach. You're preachin' to the choir....
