i play everything. i mainly play mmo's.i'm about 6 ft away as well.i don't have any problems reading text in anything. i pretty much mainly use the tv, i have a monitor as a secondary to throw stuff over on. for wow trying using a mod call clear font. that may help you with that game at the least.

yeah once you did all that, the first one was awesome. the only one that really annoyed me was having to bind a button for the FOV.

to use physx the game has to, pretty much, be made with nvidia in mind.i wish physx was something both companies could use, along with eye finity. imagine if it didn't matter which brand of card you had,.you could have eyefinity, 3D, AND physx! (of course you would need a card made at CERN)

it is left out. it is resource heavy. if it was enabled on console you would get less than 10fps. when i had an ati card for mirror's edge. i turned on physx and it was a literal slideshow. when i turned it off, then it went back up to 40-60.

the best part about the improvements is mainly the switch to steamworks! having to use gamespy to play was such a pain for people. and who the hell uses gamespy anyways?? last i used gamespy for anything was 2005.

if you have problems you need to adjust your tv settings. i moved my pc to the living room, and it is awesome. i play everything on it and i can read everything just fine. i usually play mmo's.
