that is the old way. my 99 dollar cards yields 40fps(avg) on medium/high settings for bf3

a second card should yield a significant boost and ram is super cheap. i think i bought 4gb from new egg for 40. and yeah it should definitely be recordable at 720. maybe you can set to half resolution in fraps and see how it runs.

yeah true,at 1920 you may be able to get achieve playable levels. if i can achieve my framerate with my cheap ass card, you should be able to hit ultra in most if not all settings.

the only games that i like microphone for is coop. left for dead is a blast with mics. maybe because we are a 4 man team people actually work together. and same with last stand mode in dawn of war retribution. if it is not a coop game i do not use it. most games i just hear people talking shit. i usually turn it off…
