I knew of this technique before even reading this article. But I am glad you guys decided to post this because its indeed a very effective. I speak from experience as I use it with myself and the GYM. I put down a X everytime i go. Keeps me motivated and on track.

Thats the magic of Photoshop.... I use it myself and it is amazing the transformations you are able to achieve with the tools! I am not even surprised at this cover... I have seen worse! just type it in youtube and you can watch tons of videos transformations.
