Finding part for old cars that weren’t the most popular or sought after is the hardest thing about keeping old cars.

I’ve tied a noose a few times as a kid. ‘Pretty sure it didn’t mean anything then. Pretty sure you’re an judgmental....

Actually you do...or at least bored kids did when I was a kid. Not for a merit badge but when you learn knots that’s one of them and goofy boys found it fun to try to tie the noose knot just to impress themselves and their buddies.

Even better, an enclosed van for your tools and a trailer to tow the mower.

IT WASN’T A NOOSE. Jesus goddamn Christ. It was a loop on the end of a rope used to pull a garage door down. That’s it! I know you WANT it to be a noose and for all of NASCAR’s fan base to be ignorant hillbilly racists, but that’s just not the case. Some idiot on his team saw what they wanted to see, it got blow way

And here we are, making racial slurs in 2020 against white people.

And I suppose that you'll say the loops on the ends of rope swings worldwide are also racist.

Arguments of is it or is it not a noose are irrelevant; what is relevant is if that noose-like door pull was put there as a direct message/threat to Bubba Wallace - which it has been concluded that the rope had been there before he arrived, and it was a random selection of the garage.

Be careful what you wish for. There’s a reason why OEMs think WFH is a good idea. Yes, it provides flexibility for the employees, but same applies to the companies as well.

Just let me work from home up to 3 days a week or something...while there are things I need to be in the office for, I don’t need to be in the office every single day.

They can park it right next to the “race cars” that have never seen a lap time in their life. . . . . . . . .

It only seats 8, has space for all your gear, and can tow whatever you want. It’s a specific vehicle for specific needs. And I need it.

Anyone voting CP hasn’t looked at what a 7.3 Excursion commands on the market. This is pristine if a little high on mileage.

Not if you actually want to tow and have all that interior volume there isn’t.

Yeah, people NEVER take Wranglers off road....

I’d argue 95% of all cars aren’t used to their full capability, not just off roaders. It’s a lame joke to just call out Jeeps, Raptors, 4Runners, etc when just as many Porsches, Miatas, and M3s don’t ever see a track, or, even when Highlanders, Pilots, and Suburbans never have every seat full moving a small soccer

i have long insulted it for that very reason, while deliberately ignoring the obvious truth that, if FCA ever made their own new platform for it, they’d come up with a worse result 9 times out of 10

You’ve made a huge leap of logic in assuming that the only reason the vast majority of people follow traffic laws is because they’re afraid of tickets.

Counterpoint: We don’t need speed limits.
