@WestwoodDenizen: Ya. I guess the BB has it covered in these departments. I'm surprised that someone hasn't fixed these fairly minor things by now. I'll look into the K9 mail app but it sounds like it won't work with Active Sync which (I think) is what our Exchange server uses

@Kodros: I'm used to sorting contacts by company. With 400+ contacts it's a pain to try to remember everyone by name. I have found that searching by company will bring up the list. Not exactly what I wanted but workable
