When cheap labor is used, when lower level employees have their pay and benefits reduced or are laid off, when unions are broken, the budget relief only moves up to elevator. Prices aren’t lowered. The customer never sees the benefit. Management just gives themselves raises. It’s a transfer of wealth from the workers

That’s the downside of public companies, they have different customers. A private company creates value by offering a service or product to a customer who gives them money. A public company creates value by offering value to investors who give them money.

Or, maybe monogamy just isn’t for some people, but our rigid social structures and expectations, especially for public figures, and even moreso for politicians, don’t allow people the leeway to explore their sexuality in healthy ways.
