How does an episode with almost everyone in a hot tub only get a B? I mean, even deducting points for Scully, there has to be enough of everyone else there to appeal to every demographic. It even seems fitting that Rosa would wear a T-Shirt in the hot tub.

I've never watched Fallon, so it seems like most of his best stuff is musical bits. The mashup with Brian Williams, the kids toy Call Me Maybe and stuff like that.

I almost always watched the show the next morning on the CBS website.

I'm sure he scripted some of his stuff, but he was very spontaneous. His jokes were hit or miss, and fell back on a lot of the same beats, but his interviews were amazing. He seemed like he didn't give one single fuck about the 'late night format', but he always found a way to connect with his guests and bring out…

I recommend that clip to everyone. It sincerely changed my life and the way I interact with people, and I still get a bit choked up whenever I rewatch it. I'm glad he's going to keep going with the rest of the crew, somewhere, because I'm going to miss him on late nights.
