That would work only if they allowed mouse+kb first, and never for the converters, which the consoles see as controllers. This is not something you can lock out technically.

I simply dislike playing FPS games with a controller. It’s not enjoyable for me, I find the experience shit. If I didn’t have access to these converters, I’d have missed a ton of great console exclusive FPS games. So fuck anyone who wants to take that away from me. Not like you can, really, the console can’t tell

Really, I find cross-play is infinitely superior. And it fits better with cross-save, cross-buy, etc. It’s just better.

Interesting how the subject of the interview never once mentions muslims. Mostly because he isn’t one. Yet the article mentions them.

Everyone played Tekken 2,3. The games you mention (while fantastic), not so much. The secret sauce of the PSX was it broke into the mainstream, and Namco played a big part in that.

We had almost exclusively counterfeit Famicom cartridges available in my part of Europe. 16-bit counterfeits were almost nonexistent, but you’d find one once in a while.

You won’t live to see it, I can guarantee it. Unless something drastic happens to our society that has nothing to do with WoW, I can’t see this game die within our lifetimes if a game with max 300k players lasted 18 years.

I guess they can always emulate it. To be honest, they probably already did.

Still don’t realize why you’re losing the culture wars, I see. You need to stop this.

That’s all true, but the solution is never to try and dictate the artistic vision of others - but to try and do better yourself. This entire endeavour is fruitless and only serves to anger people - because people get angry when faced with stupidity. And this is all so very, very stupid in it’s uselessnes.

I wouldn’t use this it if was free. I can easily notice artifacting when streaming (Steam, PS4, Xbox) in my home, nevermind over the internet. Let’s not even mention input lag which is horrific.

I’m glad these tropes aren’t going away. That’s how much shit like this annoys me. Smart people deal with this by either creating or enjoying content they feel is appropriate, without shitting all over what others like, the way this guy does. It doesn’t matter whether he’s right (he is), what matters is how he’s

I disagree. The “I need to buy this” software predates VR by a lot. *All* driving simulators, flight sims and space sim games benefit greatly from VR. In fact - any cockpit based game pretty much needs VR to achieve full potential.

It’s true, though. And I found that VR clearly highlighted the delineation between casuals and people passionate about videogames. If you think you’re into games but aren’t intrigued by VR, you probably have other hobbies you’re *much* more interested in.

Aren’t you manipulating these characters against their “will”, effectively? Or does this only matter when men do it in videogames?
