I agree so totally it is like you are in my brain. Hey, while you’re in there, do you see anything about where I put my spare keys? Because, if so, that would be great to know.

How much Fox News do you watch? Because Lie-A-Watha? That’s some serious Judge Jeanine language.
It’s one way to manage expectations. No one really thinks about how little he’s done (compared to what Warren has pulled off in much less time) because: He’s an outsider! Here’s the thing—unless we want the imperial presidency he will have to work with Congress and the Senate. I don’t think he is able to do that. But…
I agree. If Bernie wins he will be a one term president and the Democrats will be shut out the next election. Not because of his policies but because he does NOT play well with others.
The nastiest responses on Twitter that I have gotten are actually from Sanders supporters. Not saying Trump supporters aren’t nasty, too. The difference is I say I don’t like Sanders, but I’d vote for him in the general if he gets the nom. And that draws a rain of fire. If I say Trump is a criminal and a lifelong scam…
I’ll give her a pass.
She actually got the most votes. And it’s sort of traditional that losing candidates don’t just die when they lose. Remember McCain, and Romney, and Kerry, and Gore? So, who got told to learn to knit, again?
It might. I’ll tell you something, if she endorsed him in the primary it would be a huge help for him. But whatever, she clearly will not so...
And she also got more votes than Sanders in the primary. So...
I am old enough to remember 2008. No one was saying that. No one.
In his home state of VT he runs as a democrat, gets the nomination and then turns it down and runs as an independent. That way he doesn’t have to do a lot of fundraising and work for the Dem party in VT. It’s a win win for him. Not so much for VT dems.
Right? bleah! I’m just done with him. But I would vote for him in the general if he gets the nom.
Yup. That’s why Sanders’ accomplishment list is quite, quite short.
I actually feel that way (more or less) about Sanders. Wasn’t that excited about Clinton’s candidacy, voted Sanders in the primary. And I’ve regretted that vote ever since. The more I know about him, the less I like him. And the fact that I am subjected to a daily/weekly/monthly drumbeat of “Sanders would have won.”…
Wow. Something I can say I’m already doing! I’ve been doing this for years. Just because I like to set all my goals for my birthday. I spend about 30 days in advance thinking about where I want to be, what I want to do in the next year. I write my goals down in a planning sheet and then I track how close I am…
Full disclosure—I had a pretty good Dad. He always sent me the message, through his words and actions, that his expectations for me were high because he knew I could meet those expectations. He loved to laugh with me. He gave pretty good work advice. And great advice around education. He was wise in ways I didn’t…
Who would leave a prince like this?
That is fucked up! And I did not know that. And what about those rascal scooters that you see folks on? (Although I actually hate those, but whatever.) Yes, your point is good. We do need to take a long look at how we prioritize (always) cars in our urban and suburban design and think about ways to be more inclusive.…
Was Chicago’s launch extra stupid or did it just seem so?
We have bike lanes in Chicago but in the aforementioned incident during our scooter test, a bicyclist was hit in the bike lane, head on, by a scooterist. The scooterist was one waying but in the wrong direction. Hit the bicyclist who was super messed up—critical condition. And the scooter companies refused to provide…
