I’m not sure of the answer to your question. Don’t know if others are, as in Vape manufacturers and researchers or the medical community. Vape research (which assures us how safe it is) reminds me of early cigarette/tobacco research. Which turned out to be less than accurate. 

Fair. I’m not sure it should be illegal, but vaping is very much marketed at young people, including kids. Once you’re 18? You can choose. Before that? We do set limits on what is marketed to kids. I think vaping needs a bit more of this.
