It depends on how much a companion likes you if they will talk to you, you need approval to trigger more cut-scenes and personal quests. A shame Bull doesn't seem to like you, Bull has some cool personal conversations with you.

I did nearly everything in the game aside locate all the mosaic pieces and I only clocked at 87 hours my first play-through. This makes me sad, I loved Vampire The Masquerade back in the day, despite its bugs. It just had such a great vibe to it. Plus it was back when vampires were actually cool, now I can't help but look at them with disdain.
