Came to post. Glad the Jalop spirit beat me to it.

Goshen MA, Ashfield MA, Conway MA all have some great dirt roads and old logging roads. Head down towards October Mountain State Forest and there are some amazing waterfalls to check out. Then head down to Mt Washington State Forest and swim in those waterfalls, get back on and ride north into VT via North Adams...

I’m actually pretty excited about this... once the sweet sweet depreciation hits this thing, it’ll make an awesome family hauler.

If I want hard-core trail capability from FCA, I’m gonna look elsewhere. $50k should buy something more...

Well this is about the most horrifying crash story I’ve read in a long time... Jesus. Its AMAZING this guy is even alive. Big props to him for his courage in recovery.

Now playing

The guy in the jeep is doing it right...

Sorry kids, but there’s only one Turbocharged, AWD, Ford that I’m interested in these days... It’s the one you can actually jump! This is more of a ‘Rally Car’ than the RS is (if you prefer gravel stages!).

Ya, its a great concept... but the reason everyone smiles and keeps walking is that we all KNOW Acura doesn’t have the balls (read: corporate willpower) to make anything like this a reality. They just can’t be this bold with any kind of production vehicle.

Gas in Europe is expensive because of of government taxation. If it were just strictly supply and demand, it would be as cheap as the US if not cheaper.

And so you have hit on the 100+yr old conundrum of electric cars. Gas is (and has always been) cheap. Batteries are not. Same as it ever was...

Ariel Nomad - Just make this happen... Drive it in the sun, drive it in the rain, drive it in the snow. Track it. Rally it. Live it.

I love the comments section here... so much knowledge! Now I’m off on a search for more info on city-class ironclads!

I’d love to see them run these courses with a Stadium SuperTruck! May not be faster but I bet it’d be fun to watch!

I’ve now seen 3 Cadillac XTS’ with Landau conversions. Come on people, what-in-the-actual-f@ck?!?

Yeah, its mainly the engine-torque that is the issue... the Hellcat is so big, it makes HUGE torque (unlike most European engines which rely on motor RPM to make big power). The 650lbs of torque make it hard on ANY transmission. The TorqueFlight HP90 transmission isn’t a dual clutch, but it shifts _nearly_ as fast

Yeah, I remember them cancelling the 5.7/AWD combo... I can understand why. Its a weird combo for sure... 5.7 = burnout. AWD = NO burnout. Not happy.

I think this is AWESOME. I was actually just shopping for a new car recently, and I drove MANY FCA cars (Charger, Challenger, Durango, Jeep GC) and came away impressed with all of them, but ultimately I did not buy one. The reasons are long and sorted... but _THE_ reason I didn’t get the Challenger was lack of AWD. I

I hope this is offered with an LT4 V8 in it, with AWD. Of course that WON’T happen, but man it would be great if it did! As it is, I would certainly consider this car in a couple of years off-lease. I was shopping used S-classes and 7-series BMW’s and they were just too... German. Nice, but boring. I’m hoping this car

REALLY SUBARU? REALLY? Terminal Understeer is not ‘the most enjoyable’. 10 year old Turbo motors with lag for DAAAYS is not ‘the most enjoyable’. Rock hard suspension is NOT the ‘most enjoyable’ (unless Racecar). I think the Jalops are correct in point to a wee little sports car called the Miata when we think of ‘Most
