That party scene was the most fun I've had watching this show. Juliette getting upstaged by a younger singer and all the looks going back and forth were just great.

I think it's worth it. I've been watching since the "bomb in a guy's chest" episode and, aside from one or two terrible seasons later on, have consistently enjoyed it.

Me too. It makes that inventory article that said Meredith Grey is a boring main character who never changes all the more wrong.

I dunno, ER got pretty ridiculous. Like cutting off a guy's arm with a helicopter blade and then, a few seasons later, killing him by crashing a helicopter into him.

Agreed on the makeup department. They made Rayna look legitimately unwell. The older daughter wasn't looking so great, either. And props to Connie Britton for being willing to look that terrible on TV.

Totally agree. She's had a big character arc. The moment in the season where Izzy has cancer when Meredith tells Christina she loves her is one of my favorite TV moments ever. The look on Christina's face as she processes how huge it is for Meredith to say that is great.
