I liked that too. I was really disappointed when she got all princessy. Although "Everyone who was mean to me shall be executed" was probably my favorite line of the movie.

Mine was Nick's reactions to Jess being dressed up at the restaurant. It subtly showed how much her quirks have rubbed off on him without anyone having to say "Hey, remember when Jess was the one acting like a cartoon character?"
