I would eat the shit out of all those foods every night of the week. We used to do Mexican food at least once per week.. now we’re like down to once every other week (I had tacos a la diabla last night - double meat!!!!)

Boo! Special Ed. teachers work crazy hours. As a teacher, I arrived each day at 7:15, left around 5 then went to the local coffee shop to write IEPs and other Special Ed. work that needed to be done. Now I work roughly 9 hours a day now with the occasional overtime. Again, nothing compared to teaching.
