Besides what I believe should be COTD, I agree with the sentiment.  Had I somewhere near this amount laying around (I'd HAVE to haggle--$6,500 is too much) I'd buy it.  It would, despite popular belief, be a good project car.

If all this is true then this is a killer find.  The muscle car era isn't my cup of tea and I have -3 interest in Plymouth Superbirds but this article is really cool.  If I had my s-word together I would even halfway consider putting a bid in on these relics.
