It really depends on where you live. In places with consistently heavy traffic, a car with poor acceleration may have to wait a long time for a suitable opening in traffic, especially when left turns are involved.

Ugh, I had that happen to me just the other day. I was stuck behind a late-model Mustang that decided to merge onto the freeway at a leisurely 50mph. Even the base model Mustang should get up to speed far faster than my Honda with its tired transmission, yet there I was, stuck waiting for an opening so I could whip

But then why does the passenger side need that feature? And why continue to block a significant amount of visibility with what appears to be a vanity mirror?

At least it wasn’t EA. If that were the case, EA would already be starting to dig Double Fine’s grave.

Blade Runner 2049 > Blade Runner

This game caught my attention a while back when going through my Steam queue. Nice to hear it’s living up to the promise. I guess I know what my next game purchase is going to be now.

Nah, I don’t think the plane has done anything to warrant that level of disrespect.

In this case, Valve is passing that cost onto developers.

Now, if only they could patch in a better ending cinematic...

That’s a really odd stance to take. Should I really have to be a black, lesbian woman to be able to care about the rights of black people, the LGBTQ+ community, and women? Why should anyone else care about my rights if I don’t care about theirs? Equality is about standing up for everyone’s rights, not just your own.

Im not an engeneer, but i dont see how more trim authority wouldnt fix its problems much more simply. Just get it close enough and let your altitude hold do the rest of the work.

Does it seriously still dive under FULL elevator deflection?

Au contraire! The protective cover’s undocumented fire-repellent qualities clearly prevented the front end from enduring catastrophic flame damage. Obviously, the protective cover is doing its job! /s

Considering decades of older cars had manual brakes and steering, it isn’t that much harder to deal with. But even if we assume that loss of power steering and brakes would result in a complete loss of control, the simple solution is to stop first, then use the kill switch.

Unfortunately I have to be that guy. The garage safety sensor doesn’t use laser technology, as laser technology would just make the unit much more difficult to setup and more vulnerable to getting knocked out of alignment. That being said, all your other examples are totally legit.

You’re not wrong, but the problem is that these “small-scale” attacks are far more common that trying to kill someone by arson, and so it adds up in the end.

86 people were killed and 458 injured in Nice, Italy, simply by driving through a dense crowd of people.

Arson and hitting people with a car are not as efficient in terms of killing people as using a gun.

However, it would be harder to commit mass murder if people didn’t have such easy access to guns.
